Conversations from the Left, Right, and Heart is the first book of poetry and verse written by AMS Golden. This book chronicles 10+ years of emotional Conversations... and breaks down the philosophical dynamic of head vs. heart (while simultaneously digging deeper into, "Are you a left brain or right brain?"), by neatly disguising the questions in the story of a family made up of the Left Brain, Right Brain, and Heart. Highly personal and relatable, pieces in the book tackle topics of love, heartache, mental health, and growing into one's own.
